Start with a conversation and any photos you feel comfortable sharing. We review access, the amount of contents, heavy items and conditions before accepting the work. Owner-operated jobs are scheduled to available capacity; larger properties may need several stages.
Agree on keep, review and removal categories before sorting. Documents, valuables and uncertain belongings are set aside for your decision. A family member or property manager needs authority to approve access and disposal.
The written plan identifies what can be removed, who handles hauling and which disposal charges are included or separate. Heavy items, stairs, carrying distance and the amount of material are reviewed before a price is confirmed.
Once agreed contents are cleared, we can clean the reachable surfaces listed in the plan. Clearing a room and deep cleaning it are separate tasks; the quote states whether both are included.

That cannot be promised from photos or room count alone. AW Renovation is owner-operated, and substantial cleanouts require an assessment. The plan may cover one room, a zone or several scheduled stages, with hauling and any additional resources confirmed before booking.
Only when the quote says so. The scope identifies removal tasks, hauling arrangements and disposal charges. Share details of furniture, appliances, stairs and vehicle access so those costs can be considered.
This service covers clutter sorting, agreed nonhazardous removal and ordinary cleaning. Sewage, sharps, hazardous waste, suspected asbestos, significant mold or active infestation need specialist assessment. Tell us about those conditions before arranging a visit.
