OWNER · AW RENOVATION
Some projects begin with a neglected room. Others start with a weathered fence or a business entrance that could use more attention.
You work directly with me. Before booking, we review the condition, choose the tasks and put the price or approved budget in writing. If more work is needed, you decide whether to add it.
Heavily soiled rooms and cluttered spaces can be tackled in stages. We agree on what stays, what may be removed and which areas to clean first. Large cleanouts are assessed against available capacity rather than promised as a one-day job. For businesses, an initial exterior clean can lead to recurring maintenance.
Restoration is focused on the details: fencing, siding, localized painting, and minor stucco work. Each property is reviewed for the actual preparation and work it needs.
