How does recurring storefront cleaning work?
First we assess and quote the initial clean. Then we agree on the ongoing areas, task list, frequency and price per visit. The maintenance plan reflects the condition you want to maintain and the available schedule.
Can you work before we open?
Tell us your opening hours and access needs. Available weekday service windows are agreed before booking; overnight, weekend and emergency coverage are not promised.
Does every visit include painting or repairs?
No. A cleaning visit covers its listed tasks. Painting, localized stucco repairs and other exterior restoration require their own scope, materials and price approval.
